Liptak Digital Services provides computer/IT support maintenance for
healthcare. We have over 40 years of experience in the dental industry
and have focused exclusively in this sector of the healthcare market to
start, but we are moving into medical and veterinary as the technology
is similar and the need to go “paperless” is a
shift that all medical practitioners are faced with.
Liptak is a national franchise. Currently Liptak franchises are located
in San Diego (2), Colorado (2), Houston, Dallas and Cincinnati. The
ideal franchisee that we are looking for is someone that has management
experience as he/she will manage a stable of techs or consultants to
perform the “in-office” services for the doctor.
Liptak finds, screens, and trains these consultants for the franchisee.
The consultants are brought on as independent contractors, so the
franchisee is not required to pay a salary, healthcare or taxes.
The franchisee does not need experience in either dental or IT. The
franchisee training process involves roughly 3-weeks of dental and
computer network basics that enable the franchisee to operate
efficiently. Liptak provides ongoing training for all franchisees that
focuses on the latest dental technology. Additional training and
collaboration on marketing strategies occurs on a weekly basis.
Liptak is a high margin low overhead franchise as the business is home
based, and there are very few expenses outside of royalty, marketing,
insurance, and gas. Franchise prospects should be comfortable with
developing new business i.e. sales calling on new accounts and
maintaining current accounts with phone calls and office visits.
